Hey, I'm Mike Edwards

About Me

Hi, I'm Mike, a musician based in Ayr. Having spent the past few years performing across Scotland for a living, I’ve recently been branching out into motion design and text animation using After Effects, which I’ve been teaching myself.

This is a new creative direction for me, but I’m approaching it with the same passion and commitment I’ve always brought to my music. I care about doing thoughtful, quality work, especially when it supports great local businesses doing positive things in the community.

Spudbuds has been a big part of what’s inspired this shift. The values the company stands for — creativity, care, and community — align with what I want this new journey to be about. This site is a small introduction to what I can do. I’m just getting started, and I’d love the chance to grow by working with more people who share that ethos.
